4-should Be Able to Understand Electrical Diagrams Properly.
5-should Be Open to Travelling to Remote Railway Locations for Repairs.
6-should have Knowledge of Mechanical Systems.
7-should Be Able to Do Failure Analysis and Repair Electrical, Electromechanical and Mechanical Systems with Guidance.
8-should have Practical Expertise of Activities of Repair like Soldering.
9-should Be Able to Handle Generator / Engine Maintenance with Guidance.
10-should have Knowledge of Arc Welding (preferable But Optional)
