Job description
The main responsibilities of the Pre-Sales Executive role are:
 Understanding customers diverse, specific business needs and applying Fonada CPaaS Services
knowledge to meet those needs.
 Generating leads and building the sales pipeline through networking and follow-up calls.
 Managing existing customer base, Cross selling up selling different solutions.
 Preparing and Delivering product presentations and demonstrations of the Fonada Products.
 Marketing and promoting Fonada portfolio of products by writing articles, blogs social media posts
and attending industry events
 Developing and adhering effective sales plans using Fonada sales methodology
 Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical
specifications and other features.
 Providing assistance to customers coordinating with the internal stakeholders on all technical
aspects of Fonada Products.
 Advising on Fonada Product features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of
contexts related to customers business processes.
 Networking with existing customers in order to maintain relationship and promote additional
products and services.
 Maintain and update the Clients database periodically.
 Collecting the feedback to understand the customer experience of delivered products services to
suggest improvements.
Desired Profile:
 2+ years of experience into Software communication and Telecom VAS(SMS, Voice OBD, cloud
telephony) Industry
 Minimum Bachelor s degree in relevant field of study.
 Understanding of TextToSpeech, SpeechToText and VoiceBot
 Sound IT Knowledge on the Communication Technologies.
 Negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
 Flexible in working hours, Adaptability Patience.
 Must be process oriented and should have keen interests in Domestic International sales.
 Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
 Should be able to visit customers if required.

Experience 3 - 9 Years
Salary 4 Lac To 16 Lac P.A.
