Job description
The main responsibilities of the Pre-Sales Executive role are:
Understanding customers diverse, specific business needs and applying Fonada CPaaS Services
knowledge to meet those needs.
Generating leads and building the sales pipeline through networking and follow-up calls.
Managing existing customer base, Cross selling up selling different solutions.
Preparing and Delivering product presentations and demonstrations of the Fonada Products.
Marketing and promoting Fonada portfolio of products by writing articles, blogs social media posts
and attending industry events
Developing and adhering effective sales plans using Fonada sales methodology
Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical
specifications and other features.
Providing assistance to customers coordinating with the internal stakeholders on all technical
aspects of Fonada Products.
Advising on Fonada Product features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of
contexts related to customers business processes.
Networking with existing customers in order to maintain relationship and promote additional
products and services.
Maintain and update the Clients database periodically.
Collecting the feedback to understand the customer experience of delivered products services to
suggest improvements.
Desired Profile:
2+ years of experience into Software communication and Telecom VAS(SMS, Voice OBD, cloud
telephony) Industry
Minimum Bachelor s degree in relevant field of study.
Understanding of TextToSpeech, SpeechToText and VoiceBot
Sound IT Knowledge on the Communication Technologies.
Negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
Flexible in working hours, Adaptability Patience.
Must be process oriented and should have keen interests in Domestic International sales.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Should be able to visit customers if required.
