responsibilities –
1-should have Good Knowledge of “viginia Raw Tobacco” with Experienced in Procurement
2-obtains Cost Estimates for Materials, Supplies, and Services
3-identifies Potential Vendors / Suppliers, Gathers and Analyzes Information On Them; Recommends Prospective Vendors to Top Management
4-prepares Vendor Contracts and Negotiates Terms with Vendors
5-maintains Inventories of Raw Materials, Parts, and Supplies and Maintains Records
6-reviews, Analyzes Receiving / Inspection Documentation; Forwards Receiving Paperwork to Accounting for Vendor Payment
